Quiet Room, desk clerks were very good. The lady working the breakfast room was happy and friendly.

Great location, clean and quiet. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast is better than any other hotel with a continental. We actually ate breakfast all three days.

We have stayed before for family functions and it is central, always clean and welcoming and the breakfast is excellent.

The pancake station was unique. The staff who looked after the breakfast station where exeptional.

It’s our go to hotel every time in SG. Great location. Everything you need within a few blocks. Love the staff. Missed our usual best staff member this time. Cheryl I believe. Awesome the standard she keeps in the breakfast room

Really clean. Comfortable bed nice room. For some reason I was in the handicap room. So there was toilet arms and a a free standing sliding seat for the walk in shower. But great room!

The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of options. All employees are polite and welcoming. The area is convenient for shopping and is approximately a 15-minute drive to Edmonton's downtown.

I was upgraded? to a room with no tub. when asked if I could have a tub I was told only if you downgrade and pay more. I got the room so I could have a hot bath after a long day of hiking… 👎👎👎

The breakfast was excellent. It tasted delicious the variety in food choices was exceptional,and the presentation and set up also very good.The only drawback was that the dishes were very cold and that made the food cool off a little too quick. The weather outside was so cold so it was understandable that the dishes were cold.
